Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our Aftermarket Sales team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Aftermarket Sales Customer Care activities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the sales of Aftermarket parts and Service during the equipment lifecycle.
  • Assist in the sales of Spare Parts, Training, and Service Contracts with new machine orders.
  • Promote and sell mechanical, electrical, and software upgrades to customers to ensure continued efficiency and longevity of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • College Degree and 5 years of relatable experience.
  • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the work year.
  • Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and be in good physical condition.
