Job Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive individual to take on a pivotal role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Director to manage the daily functions of the center, execute educational initiatives, and guarantee outstanding learning opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Director to define the strategic vision and objectives of the Educational Center.
  • Supervise the daily activities of the center, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct academic assessments, analyze student performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance student achievement.
  • Advocate for the center's programs and services, engaging in outreach and recruitment activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators and support personnel, cultivating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Perform regular evaluations of staff, offering constructive feedback and identifying avenues for professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in an educational leadership capacity, such as a Learning Center Coordinator or Program Manager is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering an inclusive and positive work culture.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in students' lives.
