About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a K-12 Tutoring Center Administrator at Huntington Learning Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our center by ensuring exceptional learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with our Director to set strategic goals and drive the vision of the Learning Center, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow, ensuring high-quality services to our students and families.
  • Student Success: Administer academic evaluations, analyze performance data, and implement targeted interventions to support student achievement and progress.
  • Community Engagement: Promote our programs and services through outreach efforts, building strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and families.
  • Professional Development: Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development to enhance our team's skills and expertise.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven experience in an educational leadership role, such as Learning Center Coordinator or Program Manager, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
