Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behind-the-wheel training sessions with students of all ages and experience levels, adhering to our comprehensive curriculum and training program.
  • Utilize our driving school software to record and maintain accurate student progress and performance evaluations.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to students, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safe driving practices, defensive driving techniques, and state driving laws and regulations.
  • Work in various locations within a 50-mile radius, utilizing a company-provided vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of driving experience, with a strong background in driving instruction, teaching, education, or the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends, to accommodate student availability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, drive, and perform other job-related tasks.
