Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute strategic plans for territories, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving consistent sales growth
    • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and resolve complex challenges
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth
    • Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies, processes, and tools to optimize performance
    • Drive innovation and creativity within the sales organization, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking
    • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and industry advancements

    Requirements:
    • • 4+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT or recruiting solutions
      • Strong understanding of software contract terms and conditions, enabling fair negotiations
      • Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands

      About the Role:
      This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to drive business growth and make a lasting impact on our organization. With a competitive salary range of $122,000 to $175,000 USD OTE, this position also offers annual performance bonuses, stock, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation plans.
