Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely rent collection and proactively address any delinquencies.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of leases, RealPage updates, service requests, and contract documentation.
  • Enhance resident retention through effective lease renewal strategies, aiming for increased rental rates.

Qualifications:

  • A solid background in multifamily property management is essential, with lease-up experience highly valued.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing multiple direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes while embodying and promoting core values.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statements.
  • Proven track record of leadership and responsibility in on-site project management.
  • A proactive approach to accountability and success in achieving goals and enhancing team performance.
  • Familiarity with RealPage and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
