Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Charter Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Lux Bus America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders, ensuring timely payment, contract fulfillment, and accurate itinerary processing.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Support cross-functional teams within All Aboard America Holdings, Inc (AAAHI), promoting seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in transportation, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Competitive annual salary: $105,000 - $125,000.
