Legal Office Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager - Legal Office to oversee and perform all operations pertaining to office services and facilities support and people management.
Key Responsibilities- Office Services and Facilities Management: Manage mail services, shipping and receiving, facilities management, and work order system management, including vendor management, upkeep of common areas and supplies, records management, and administrative support.
- People Management: Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met, manage and train employees to develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction, and ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain effective written and verbal communications with both clients and employees, and accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner.
- Account Management: Proactively and consistently develop new procedures to improve the operation of the site and to lower operating costs, maximize productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures, and manage the budget and control expenses.
- Experience: Two years' prior experience in office and facilities services team management in a legal or corporate office environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
- Skills: Professional appearance and demeanor, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, computer literacy, ability to operate in Microsoft Windows environment with ease, Internet savvy, ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment, competency in performing multiple functional tasks, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
