We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and support staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documents and filings, including electronic filing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in document management and client billing.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a legal or administrative setting, with a strong understanding of electronic filing requirements and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF maker (Nuance or Adobe Pro).
  • Familiarity with iManage document management systems and client billing activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
