Tax Manager/Senior Manager, Private Client

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing tax consulting services to high net worth individuals and families, as well as closely held businesses and flow-through entities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax consulting services to high net worth individuals and families, including tax planning, compliance, and controversy services.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize after-tax wealth for clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including attorneys and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage tax projects, including tax returns, audits, and other tax-related engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably with a focus on high net worth individuals and families.
- Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and controversy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CPA or EA certification, or JD/LLM degree.
