Job Summary:

The Client Development Executive will be responsible for planning, expanding, and overseeing business development in assigned counties in northwestern Pennsylvania. This role involves establishing new client relationships and evolving existing ones through ongoing communication and education about our valuable services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new client leads, convert prospects into long-term clients, cross-sell company products and services, and enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Regularly meet with assigned client accounts, analyze their needs, and propose solutions based on our sales process, motion, and methodology.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for key customer accounts, presenting quarterly or yearly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and client success programs to ensure continued value with our products and services.
  • Work with senior leadership to accurately forecast, renew contracts, and provide insights around leading indicators for your book of business.
  • Provide service and travel to the following counties: Allegheny North, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Somerset, Washington, Potter
Requirements:
  • Day Shift, Monday – Friday
  • Remote Opportunity, but must be in western PA area for daily travel
  • Salary: $65k - $72k, commensurate with experience
  • Plus, commission on sales

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; and
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years related experience and/or training; or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Required to have and maintain a valid driver's license, a vehicle for use on regular basis and appropriate car insurance as mandated by state statute
  • Confidence and ability to succeed in cold-calling and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefit of a service to potential customers
  • Strong computer skills
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Salesforce or comparable CRM database (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
