Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assist with check-ins, authorizations, and vehicle condition forms.
  • Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines.
  • Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments, and handle DRP assignments promptly.

As a valued member of our team, you will also be responsible for creating RO files, coordinating vehicle drop-offs, and managing related paperwork.

In addition, you will maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and kitchen, manage office calendars, invoices, accounts receivable, and final billing preparations.

You will submit customer information for weekly service reviews and assist as needed in other areas.

What We Offer

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and enjoy extended periods of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive motions.
