Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team at Sunrise Elementary. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting parents and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Processing student records and maintaining accurate files.
- Performing various clerical duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have excellent communication and organizational skills. A clerical assessment may also be required. Please note that assessments are given by invitation only, and candidates will be contacted directly to schedule a test.
Benefits:
