About the Role:

As a High-Level Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to the Executive, including handling phone calls, taking messages, and coordinating appointments.

You'll also manage internal and external communication, develop marketing strategies, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide expert administrative support to the Executive, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Manage internal and external communication, including database management, social media account management, and coordinating events.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and products.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
