Sales and Customer Service Professional

TME US, LLC is a part of the TME GROUP, a leading distributor of electronic components. We support customers globally and offer a broad selection of in-stock products from over 1400 leading manufacturers.
Job DetailsThis position is a full-time role (40 hours a week) in our office in Atlanta. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Sell TME company's products;
- Provide customer service;
- New customer acquisition and customer retention;
- Process, update or change customer purchase orders;
- Handle, organize and process customer quote requests;
- Respond to customer inquiries within a call center environment in an accurate manner (e.g. email, phone, webchat);
- Prepare individual offers for clients;
- Evaluate customer needs and build / maintain productive long lasting relationships;
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customers' issues;
- Meet personal and team sales targets;
- Issue sales documents in line with orders;
- Report and provide feedback to the company's management;
- Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory;
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
The ideal candidate should have a MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related). Native English is required, as well as computer literacy ability to carry out phone conversations. Good organisational skills and ability to build relations with customers are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, as well as employee benefits including PTO, Health, dental, and Vision insurance with up to 75% of the cost covered by TME. Quarterly bonus based on performance and goals. Paid life insurance and long-term disability.
