Competitive Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure, 2-week PTO that increases with tenure, 401(k) plan with 4% company match, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, and company-paid holidays.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a hunter mentality to lead our efforts to identify and acquire new clients, add value to existing client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

The successful candidate will have a winning sales personality, a strong commitment to achieving results, and knowledge of the K-12 technology market.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Virtucom Service Solutions to K-12 school districts">
  • Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects">
  • Earn the position of advisor to customers">
  • Forecast sales (weekly)">
  • Develop and maintain sales strategies/plans">
  • Build productive long-lasting relationships with customers">
  • Meet personal and team sales targets">
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads">
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments">
  • Report and provide feedback to management">
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory">
