As the Senior Custodial Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of various facilities within Lewis County. This position involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing inventory of supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of cleaning equipment. You will be tasked with traveling to multiple locations daily using a company-provided vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement the cleaning requirements as specified by clients.
- Adhere to security protocols when entering and exiting facilities to align with client regulations.
- Execute all tasks outlined in the scope of work, ensuring thorough cleaning is conducted each day.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional communication and service to both clients and team members.
- Ensure that all janitorial staff provide outstanding customer service to all employees at the worksite.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of experience in a custodial role.
- Possession of a valid NYS Driver's License.
