Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple drywall projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure smooth project execution.
- Process time and material tickets, and attend job meetings to liaise with the General Contractor (GC).
- Act as a bridge between the office staff and the field, handling change order tickets, job incidents, and other project-related matters.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in construction project management, with a focus on drywall projects.
- Understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- College degree a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
- Excellent organization, time-management, communication, and leadership skills.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
$50,000.00 per annum.
