Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple drywall projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Process time and material tickets, and attend job meetings to liaise with the General Contractor (GC).
  • Act as a bridge between the office staff and the field, handling change order tickets, job incidents, and other project-related matters.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction project management, with a focus on drywall projects.
  • Understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • College degree a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
  • Excellent organization, time-management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
Salary:

$50,000.00 per annum.
