Assistant Project Manager

As a key member of our project team, the Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with various tasks, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor pricing, and project scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project team in pursuing compensation for scope changes
- Complete quantity take-offs and secure subcontractor pricing
- Prepare change requests for submission to the Owner
- Update project schedules by reviewing daily reports and look-ahead schedules
- Confirm sequencing and durations with the Job Superintendent
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze project schedules and relay the impact of changes and delays to the Project Manager
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prepare for and attend project meetings
- Proficiency in preparing permit applications and compiling documents for submission
