Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Representative I to join our team at Trinity Health. As an HR Representative I, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and vendors, providing support and resolution for HR inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process colleague position status change requests and tuition reimbursement applications
  • Audit HR transactions and provide telephone support
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks as assigned
  • Investigate and resolve general issues related to HR processes and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
  • Initiate workflow for the department by creating and assigning cases to functional areas
  • Work under the supervision of the Contact Center Phone and Live Chat Manager
Requirements
  • High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Annual Enrollment, Leave Administration, HRIS, process integration, and Contact/Service Center operations
  • Proficient knowledge of HRIS, HR processes, and the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and comprehension skills, and excellent human relations and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility and ability to manage competing tasks of differing priorities
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently
  • Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles
  • Must be able to travel to various Trinity Health sites (10%) as needed
