Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO). This role will be responsible for overseeing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and work streams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex change programs, working with diverse teams, and facilitating stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate and operationalize project/program target state into solutions.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of expectations.
  • Manage and maintain progress across a portfolio of work, and continuously manage program risks, issues, and escalations as needed.
  • Liaise between cross-functional stakeholders to align around common objectives.
  • Continuously improve and optimize projects towards efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Maintain program objectives, risks, issues, and overall status within approved program structure/technologies.
  • Manage the project with a forward-looking mindset, proactively anticipating potential issues, preventing them, and defining pragmatic contingency plans.
  • Proactively manage dependencies, reusable assets, roadblocks, and learning points.
  • Timely escalate and relentlessly pursue resolution of any roadblocks with a clear, end-to-end ownership mindset.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities pertaining to the supported projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining timely packaging and archival of completed deliverables.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility to pivot to new and/or changing program priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of correspondence records, presentations, and reports in a central repository system.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple projects with accuracy.
  • Deliver a work product that requires minimal revision.
  • Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
Requirements
  • A College or University degree and deep understanding of project management and portfolio management tools, techniques, and methods.
  • Relevant industry knowledge is required (financial risk, non-financial risk, regulatory, and/or compliance).
  • Technical skills: Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 suite required (advanced with Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible, and adaptable to change.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of and experience in risk data aggregation and reporting, or in governance, risk, and control technology design and implementation.
  • Great skills across communication, facilitation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, team building, coaching members on practices, framework, ability to teach/train, etc.
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise, lead them towards common objectives, and managing upwards and downwards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Openness to self-learning, improvement, and experimentation.
  • A minimum of 5 years serving as a Program Manager or a relevant role.
