  • Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain necessary resources and build positive relationships.
  • Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Agile tools experience, preferably with Jira.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and lead or participate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Hands-on ability to lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of program objectives.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive audit and regulatory matters.
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven presentation skills to present key messages, recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, and insightful way.
  • Proven executive presence, horizontal, and strategic thinker with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrates a good sense of judgment, knows when to escalate, and how to manage expectations.
  • Considers a diverse set of data points and inputs and is decisive in solutioning.
  • Global Technology experience preferred.
  • Business & Risk Management experience preferred.
  • Regulatory experience preferred.
  • Audit experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of bank policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations, and technology management, and strategy initiatives.
