Job Title: Fitness Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Program Manager to join our team at Equinox Fitness Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fitness programs that meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Collaborate with our training team to ensure high-quality programming and delivery
  • Conduct regular program design meetings with team members to ensure compliance with program delivery standards
  • Perform session audits on complimentary and paid services and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Manage PT standards and ensure high value of PT service delivery to impact member participation, client attrition, and compliance around programming and results review preparation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree preferred
  • Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid
  • Excellent instructional abilities - i.e. ability to lead a curriculum and create strategies for learning
