Office Support Specialist

Job Title: Office Administrator
Job SummaryCinter Career is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in the Chicago office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the office, including vendor relationships, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendor relationships, including HVAC inspections, shredder companies, and FedEx/UPS/DHL orders
- Conduct monthly print count readouts for a vendor (Canon)
- Request and distribute parking or building access cards to employees
- Order printer ink/toner/paper and coffee/water for employees/guests
- Maintain contact with a vendor who stocks our medicine cabinet and services our on-site AED machine
- Perform weekend work, including power shutdowns, and answer door for deliveries or guests
- Update iOffice software and maintain COVID supplies and signs
- Take over responsibilities of being office fire warden in case of emergency evacuation
- 2 years of related experience
- Strong vendor management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- PC Skills — Word, Excel, Sharepoint
- Ability to work independently
