About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Streamline Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare market, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, working closely with the executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a healthy pipeline of new business development activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular reporting.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, development, implementation, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a social science-related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the health and human services industry, with a strong understanding of continuum of care across acute, ambulatory, and post-acute settings.
  • Sales Experience: Previous selling experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Skills: Strong presentation abilities, interpersonal skills, and written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and be self-directed, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of the time, with a valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements.
