**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to the General Manager on day-to-day business functions, focusing on operational effectiveness and financial objectives.
  • Lead and assist with recruiting, hiring, and training staff in accordance with company human resource practices.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring staff delivers a safe, positive, and memorable customer experience.
  • Ensure operations adhere to required regulations, including State Liquor laws and health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar area of focus is desired.
  • ServeSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
