Position Overview:
This hybrid role necessitates in-office attendance three days a week.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior team members (managers and associates) in all facets of programmatic purchasing and associated deliverables.
  • Offer senior-level programmatic insights to both internal teams and clients.
  • Foster relationships with data, inventory, and platform partners.
  • Guide programmatic teams in optimizing campaigns and providing recommendations to enhance account performance.
  • Establish best practices, develop case studies, and implement processes to enhance workflow efficiencies across the department.
  • Manage resources to surpass service level expectations.
  • Compose points of view from a programmatic standpoint on industry trends, products, and news.
  • Oversee the brainstorming, business relationships, and activation of innovative programmatic offerings.
  • Deliver comprehensive digital expertise.
  • Enhance client outcomes through relevant programmatic solutions across various accounts.

Qualifications:
Proven ability to comprehend complex topics and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong team management skills that foster trust, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, with a track record of maximizing team potential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media, with a growing emphasis on programmatic strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Excel, demonstrating the capability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
Solution-oriented problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in conflict resolution with both internal and external teams.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
