Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

At Principle Choice Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for providing analytical, process, and knowledge management support to our Business Development team. This includes supporting full life-cycle growth activities, including business development, capture, and proposal management. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, as well as expertise in document production software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of high-quality proposals and applications for client consideration
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance our win strategy through market research, solutions development, and effective teaming
  • Assist in creating solutions that have a significant impact on strategic project/program objectives and overall business outcomes
  • Participate in business planning activities, including scheduling and facilitating BD presentations
  • Support pipeline updates and opportunity reviews
  • Maintain files of proposal documents and an organized library of proposals, opportunities, and teaming documents
  • Attend business development meetings and record proceedings
  • Review and process teaming agreements, NDAs, and consultant agreements
  • Support proposal efforts, including organizing, filing, reviewing, editing, and formatting resumes for proposals
Requirements:
  • BA in English, History, Journalism, or a related field (experience in lieu of education can be considered)
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Expertise in document production software and MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and customer service communication skills
  • Federal contracting experience preferred
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year of work experience in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of the federal contracting and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with the proposal process and creation for Government Contractors
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Innate self-motivation and a desire for ongoing learning and personal development
Working Conditions:

The Business Development Coordinator will work in a remote environment with occasional periods of being on the phone and sitting at a desk. The ideal candidate will be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and have excellent communication skills.
