Job Overview

Cordova Solutions is a leading talent acquisition and human resources consulting firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and relationship-building. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for representing Cordova Solutions to clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and industry research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and account status reports
  • Participate in contract negotiations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • 2 years of industry experience
  • 4-year college degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Exceptional business acumen and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to build and foster trusted advisor relationships with clients and prospects
  • Drive and ambition to be successful
  • Effective negotiation techniques
  • Awareness of customer buying signals and ability to match the sales process to the prospect's buying process
