Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our team at Brooksource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, provide training and support, and ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Comprehensive Training Program: Our multi-stage sales training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn uncapped commissions based on your sales performance.
