About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aarons. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Leads and Close Agreements: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close sales agreements, and ensure timely and accurate processing of renewal payments.
  • Process Renewal Payments: Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Physical Merchandise Handling: Ensure the showroom floors are well-maintained, and merchandise is handled and displayed effectively.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive new business and achieve sales goals.
