What you will do:
- Oversee website, logo, and social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Create content, update the website, and draft employee biographies and press releases
- Prepare marketing budget templates, collate, and manage the marketing budget
- Plan and implement company events, sponsorships, conferences, webinars, client entertainment, and receptions
- Provide events/conference sponsorship-related training to the client development team
- Develop agendas for Marketing Committee meetings and lead discussions
- Prepare sophisticated pitches and RFP responses, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work with the leadership team and staff to develop tools and processes for follow-through with new contacts
- Support company contact updates, targeted mailing lists, and client engagement activities
- Provide insightful intelligence on potential clients and engagement strategies
What you will need to be successful:
- 3-5 years of experience in a client service marketing environment, preferably with a professional organization like a CPA Firm, Law Firm, or Doctor's office
- BA/BS required. Higher-level degree is preferred
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Vimeo, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, WP Engine, WP Rocket, and E-vite
- Experience using Orion billing software is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines
- Research skills and the ability to turn data into useful deliverables for lawyers
- Ability to work independently
