Key Responsibilities
  • Community Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Leadership and Vision: Communicate and model a clear, customer-focused vision, based on a resident-centered model of care, and demonstrate the ability to build relationships within the local area to drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective external business development strategies, with clear accountabilities assigned, to maximize referral leads and move-ins.
  • Financial Management: Meet financial targets, including maximizing capital partner return, and ensure all resident administrative files are well-maintained and compliant with state regulations.
  • Team Management: Oversee all departments, maintaining full responsibility for efficient operations and compliance with financial goals established in the approved Operating Budget.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of managerial experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
  • Skills: Previous management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline; previous sales experience preferred.
