Residential Environment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our residents. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitation:
- • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents by performing daily cleaning duties.
- • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
- • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods).
Salary: $28,000 - $38,000 per year
