Residential Care Provider Position in Portland Maine

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at Avesta Housing's assisted living facility, 75 State Street.
Job OverviewAvesta Housing is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing supportive programs and services in an urban, residential setting. Our mission is to promote the independence, dignity, and individuality of older people of all financial abilities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a continuum of care that includes Independent Living and Assisted Living. As a CRMA, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 1 or more years' experience as a CRMA and possess excellent judgment, a caring attitude, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for administering medication, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively with others, portray a positive team-player attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to quality services and resident dignity.
