**Salary:** $22-$22.50 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)Job Description

This role involves providing direct support and assistance to individuals living with mental health diagnoses within our residential facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:*
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes independence, self-esteem, and community integration.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • One year of previous experience working with individuals living with mental health diagnoses preferred.
