Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at Horizon Innovations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of parts at our installation sites, creating and monitoring driving orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of parts.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in inventory management software a plus.
