Job Overview

LibLab is an innovative engineering company that empowers developers to build cutting-edge solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to play a critical role in supporting our Customer team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to identify and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales collateral, drafting proposals, and scheduling demo calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Provide reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Located in Austin, Texas, and willing to work in the office twice a week.
