Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team at Murray Logistics.

This role is perfect for a college senior or recent graduate looking to gain exceptional sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be an energetic and collaborative individual who approaches a busy day with a sense of organization and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and book loads, working closely with inbound leads
  • Prospect carriers and manage loads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success and solve challenges
  • Track sales activity in CRM
  • Demonstrate freight and logistics expertise to build customer trust

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (or soon to complete)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated to overachieve targets
  • Some sales experience with transferable skills and a passion for developing sales expertise
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite at our Austin HQ
