About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for selling Customers Property and Casualty products based on their needs.
  • You will use cutting-edge technology to provide quotes and sell policies to insureds.
  • You will create a positive relationship between SalesGrove and prospective customers.
  • You will participate in cross-training and necessary licensing to support the selling of Accident and Health products.
Requirements
  • You must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • You must complete our New Hire Technical Training Program.
  • You must have an active and valid Property and Casualty license or be able to acquire one as part of our training program within 60 days of hire.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • You must demonstrate professional phone etiquette and proficiency with Sales systems.
  • You must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent customer service experience, is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working with the public in a customer service or sales environment is highly desirable.
  • You must be able to make the Human Connection and empathize with customers.
  • You must be able to negotiate and sell the brand and product.
