We're seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef to develop and implement menu concepts that meet bartaco's standards for quality and innovation.
  • Create Memorable Dining Experiences that exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance our kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team by providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that our culinary team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations by ensuring that all kitchen activities are conducted in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Ensure Compliance with all bartaco standards, including food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Assist with Inventory and Purchasing to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet guest demand.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace by ensuring that our kitchen is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with Hiring and Training to ensure that our culinary team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
