Position Overview:

Our Culinary Assistants play a vital role in our team, essential for delivering authentic hospitality. They are enthusiastic, eager to advance in the hospitality sector, and committed to their colleagues.

The Culinary Assistant position is ideal for a dynamic and passionate individual who is excited to develop in the service industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service in a lively and casual dining environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Essential Duties:

- Assist servers and bartenders

- Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies

- Reset and clean tables

- Communicate effectively with patrons

- Operate under the direction of our Front of House managers

- Deliver food from the kitchen

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality field

- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

- Strong judgment and adaptability

Must Have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Energetic and outgoing personality

- Professional demeanor

- Polite and patient attitude

- Strong communication abilities

- Focus on customer satisfaction

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

- Must be able to stand for the entire shift

- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

- Must possess good hearing for effective communication with guests

- Must be able to use hands and fingers for handling objects and tools

- Must be able to work in a noisy environment
