Job Functions:

Possess a thorough understanding of Craft Culinary Concepts. The Runner is responsible for ensuring proper stocking and rotation of items to enhance product quality and optimize space utilization. This role includes assisting with the general upkeep of the facility and manually or mechanically moving products between locations. The Runner must collaborate effectively with team members of varying experience levels and communicate clearly with peers, supervisors, and guests to achieve outstanding results. A positive demeanor and professional appearance are essential.

Position Overview:

The Runner must work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate product rotation and stocking, as well as delivering food to guests with precision. Clear and loud communication is vital. Attention to detail, adherence to instructions, responsiveness to management, and accountability for actions are crucial. The Runner will also assist in maintaining the facility, including cleaning concession stands and related equipment. While performing these duties, the employee may encounter wet or humid conditions, stand for extended periods, and work near moving machinery in varying temperatures.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler Card.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
  • Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to remain on foot for 8+ hours.
  • Approach all tasks with a proactive attitude.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a warehouse setting is considered.
  • Completion of all pre-employment forms and successful background check required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
Other Skills/Abilities:
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in conditions with wet floors, extreme temperature variations, and high noise levels.
