Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of our culinary processes and the ability to manage inventory effectively. The Runner is responsible for maintaining product quality through proper stocking and rotation practices, while also assisting in the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently stock and rotate food items to optimize quality and space utilization.
  • Assist in the general upkeep of the facility, including cleaning concession areas and equipment.
  • Deliver food items accurately and promptly to guests, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team, demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler Card is required.
  • Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
  • Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to be on foot for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more.
  • A proactive attitude towards tasks and responsibilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in the food service or warehouse industry is considered.
  • Completion of all pre-employment documentation and successful background check.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in understanding and following verbal and written instructions.

Additional Skills:
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including wet floors and extreme temperatures.
