Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities in DC & AC traction power, existing and new customers in the rail business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail industry, including transit, urban transport authorities, and contractors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business.
  • Develop technical and commercial offers to secure contracts.
  • Collaborate with our headquarters in Switzerland to ensure alignment and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Electromechanical background and Business school master's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in rail, industrial B2B environment with a focus on public tender.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (30% to 40% of the time).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
