Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and servicing of all assigned accounts in the Ohio Valley Region, including Giant Eagle, Weis Markets, Lidl US, and other key retailers. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve maximum sales and customer profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate direct sales calls on account headquarters and lines of business for assigned accounts.
- Formulate and negotiate pricing and promotional contracts for assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain account plans outlining strategic and tactical developmental efforts within each account.
- Make frequent calls on customers to build relationships and execute joint business plans.
- Effectively communicate account initiatives and execution plans to the field sales teams and management.
- Support field sales team with key local customer events and problem resolution when necessary.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in a sales, national accounts, or category management role.
- Strong leadership acumen, category management & analysis, sales strategy development, trade marketing management, negotiation, and joint business planning skills.

- Competitive base salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 annually.
- Eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
