Customer Service Manager

We're seeking a skilled Customer Accounts Specialist to join our team at Richdale Apartments. As a key member of our Account Management department, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring lease compliance.
About the Position
- Handling resident inquiries, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with colleagues to address complex issues and ensure seamless support.
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
The Compensation Package
- An attractive salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in accounting or related fields.

- Monday - Friday, In Office (Not Remote).
- Some flexibility to accommodate business needs.
