About the Role:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk team, ensuring exceptional service to guests. This role involves supervising check-in/check-out procedures, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. Ensure efficient handling of all guest inquiries.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and provide guidance to front desk staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure all staff are adhering to company policies and meeting sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, address complaints, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Salary Estimate:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
