Job Type: Full-Time

Objective:

As a key member of the OPCO Skilled Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract new patients and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase census and quality mix.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our centers' products, services, capabilities, and physician relations.
  • Actively participate in morning Kick-Off Meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team.
  • Collaborate with Administrator and department heads to discuss marketing issues and opportunities.
  • Work closely with nursing staff to discuss clinical service levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the physical environment of our centers through regular rounds and provide feedback to the Administrator.
  • Stay up-to-date on all payer sources and their impact on revenue, identifying opportunities to optimize our business.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience targeting physicians, hospital personnel, and case managers.
  • Proven success in developing referrals for a medical product from healthcare target markets.
  • Evidence of a local referral network to leverage for business growth.
  • Professional image and demeanor, with high self-confidence, enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience with local community groups is a plus.
  • Presents a professional image through appearance, behavior, and speech.
