As an ELDP participant, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders. Our program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in leadership and technical skills, preparing you for a successful career at Raytheon Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational assignments across the enterprise, working on high-impact projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and enhance your leadership and technical skills through training, mentorship, and guidance from experienced leaders.
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts and technologies, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global partners and teams to assess the viability of concepts and components.
  • Support a diverse team of experts in aerodynamics, thermodynamics, design, and durability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Aerospace, Mechanical.
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with aircraft propulsion and gas turbines.
  • Experience in Thermodynamic cycle analysis, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Aerodynamics, Data analytics, or Project engineering.
